The Return of Jackie and Judy

At the wrap party for his talk show last year, John Mulaney asked Sleater-Kinney to perform a couple Ramones covers with their mutual friend Fred Armisen on drums. They had such a great time, they learned a full set of songs to play two sold out Halloween shows in Portland. The band is resurrecting in 2026 as The Return of Jackie and Judy for a few select live appearances across the country.
